Beginning January 1st, I will be teaching a new weekly class at ACAC Downtown.
Hatha I/II will be Sunday mornings, 9-10 a.m.
In this gentle class for beginner and intermediate students, we develop strength, flexibility, and breath awareness through yoga postures.
We focus on alignment and making each pose work for every body present.
Beginning in January 2017, all weekly drop-in classes at Common Ground are pay-what-you-can $5-15.
Join me on Thursdays mornings from 10:30-11:15 for a Gentle Chair Yoga class at Common Ground.
