Beginning Monday, April 3rd, I will be offering classes at a studio space in Ruckersville! I have recently signed the lease and am currently working on preparing the space.

The studio is located on Rt 29, just south of the 29/33 intersection, in the old Ruckersville Barber Shop space. The address is 8631 Seminole Trail.

Chair Yoga is a great movement practice for anyone who cannot stand or who has difficulty standing for long periods of time, for those who have difficulty getting up/down from the floor, and for anyone who is looking for gentle movement and breath awareness.
