In Restorative Yoga, we create the conditions for relaxation. Restorative Yoga consists of supported reclined postures which allow the body to completely rest. In this Special Event session, we will practice Restorative Yoga in glowing candlelight, accompanied by live gentle acoustic ambient guitar music.

When: Saturday June 24th, 7:00 p.m. - 8:30 p.m.

The GRAND OPENING celebration is Sunday, May 21st from 11am - 5pm!

Each person who visits during the Grand Opening will be entered into a drawing for a free four-week series!

We will be holding a raffle to benefit the JABA Greene County Community Senior Center in Stanardsville -- for $1 per ticket/entry, you can be entered for a chance to win a free month of unlimited yoga classes at the studio (an $80 value!).

Lularoe Pearlwood Mountain LLC will be offering clothing items for sale, and when you stop by their table you will be entered into a drawing for free LuLaRoe cash to spend with them!

doTERRA Essential Oils Wellness Advocate Mary Maurer will have essential oils for sale and can answer your questions about which oils work best for your health needs.

Children and adolescents can benefit from the movement and breath practices of yoga, but often need this practice presented in a way that is fun and engaging.
 
In this four-week series, we will use our yogi imaginations to journey to faraway places, go on amazing adventures, and play fun games -- while learning yoga poses and noticing what is happening with our breath, our bodies, and our thoughts.
 
We will practice moving, being still, and most of all -- we will have fun!
 
Ages 5-12. All mats and yoga accessories provided.
 
When: Wednesdays in September (Sept 6, 13, 20, 27) from 4:00 p.m. - 4:45 p.m.

Cost: $44.00 for the four-week session
