This class offers an opportunity for gentle stretching, strengthening, and relaxation. Seniors, people healing from injury or surgery, people with chronic illness, and those looking for gentle movement can all benefit.
Some standing positions may be practiced, with options given for those who remain seated. This is an ideal class for the older adult as well as the new student who prefers a very slow and gentle approach to yoga.
