Through a combination of conversation and practice, students will learn techniques for breath and body awareness, and tools for building strength and flexibility through gentle movement in a way that works for every body. All levels of experience welcome in this beginner-friendly workshop!
We will have a half-hour break for lunch or snacks, with additional smaller breaks as needed.
